I discovered Teal only DAYS ago and my job search has completely turned around for the better. Before I found Teal, it felt impossible to wrap my head around ALL of the different job sites, applications, resume versions, etc. Teal is such a user-friendly solution that has actually motivated me to stay on track. I am able to track every job (and I mean EVERY job) I am even slightly interested in using a sleek job tracker. And with Teal's the chrome bookmark, you don't have to input a thing. It allows you to save jobs on-the-go as you find them on Linkedin, adding all of the key data for you. You just click "Save" and the job post will automatically be added to your job tracker. I also LOVE that you can clearly see your progress with each job by marking your current status (applying, applied, interviewing, etc.). When you're applying for countless roles, this is a game changer. Anyone looking for a job knows that the "search" is a job within itself. Teal has finally created a solution that not only tracks your progress, but also provides structure and goals for your search (which in my case, is needed). And don't even get me started on the resume builder! Teal translates your existing resume into sections and helps you adapt it to fit the role you are applying for. If you're looking for a job right now, do yourself a favor and use Teal! You will never look back.

I have been using Teal for the past month and it's been a game changer with my job search process. The best features are 1)Being able to add and delete sections, literally with a click of a button, to your resume so you can easily tailor your resume for each job without having to rewrite sections over and over and save down different versions of your resume. 2)Keeping track of all the jobs that you have applied for on a dashboard. 3)Having the AI tool match your resume to the job description and analyzing what "key words" are missing from your resume. I don't think the % match is "perfect" but it's good directional guidance on how to update your resume to get past the ATS beast.

Time saver and helps stay organized. Saves the job description, date and status of application to the tracker while browsing. Teal was recommended to me by my family and I am very happy it was, I track all jobs I applied to so that I know how many CVs I sent, when, and what is the status of the recruiting process. On LinkedIn or Indeed, it just takes a few clicks to save. Without Teal HQ I'd have to create my own Excel or OneNote tracker, but Teal is just designed for it and more effective.
