I like this app a lot, tracking my applications is fantastic but I wish teal could pick up on jobs posted on Welcome to the Jungle, or if I click 'manually enter' that it would try to check the page for likely candidates to fill out the form. I wish I could just use my normal resume instead of the "AI" enhanced system to auto-apply to resumes. I wish that I could add my own columns for tracking things like hiring manager email addresses I wish if I clicked a job then the left sidebar would still be only the category I was looking at like "bookmarked" so I could easily move through them and apply. I wish that companies could be more easily added to the company list and that jobs would be grouped by company. Applying for multiple jobs at the same company sort of over-inflates the numbers.

Been using it for about 3 weeks now and it is such a great tool! I used to get overwhelmed because I had to tailor my resume in Word for each job and tracking applications were hard. But with Teal, you can manage everything under a single frame. I think I have taken advantage of each and every Teal feature (AI, email templates, job tracker etc.) and would definitely recommend to fellow job seekers.

If I could do more than 5 stars, I would. This is a must for any job seeker out there. It does everything I was already doing, and more, but this does it all from one easy-to-use platform. And the extra component of AI only makes the resume customization, cover letter, and keyword optimization that much more efficient. If you're on the hunt for your next career move, this is the way!

This extension is the BEST way to manage all of your professional contacts throughout the internship/job-hunting process. The application manager is an excellent addition to the toolkit as well. Adding contacts and job postings from LinkedIn is as simple as clicking two buttons. Without Teal, I wouldn't be nearly as organized or efficient.
