do not manage to connect my sui wallet to chirpwireless.io by chrome or edge extentions. Please help ;-)

need help cant get in to wallet? why such a difficult process?
I don't know how this overall rating is 4.9 How can i install extension and when i want to connect it still tells me to download the extension
dev is sleeping always
No sure why this wallet has such a high rating. Been a nightmare to use I signed in with my email and a password. When I sign in using my email it generates a message "We have disabled the ability to log in with your email address. Please log in with your username instead." I have NEVER had a username other than my email I have tried to find a way of contacting them but all these BS questions come up, very frustrating. Already have spent around 4 - 5 hours over 3 - 4days trying to figure something out. If I get instant help and get my wallet open I am happy to take this 1 star review down Otherwise it stays

SUI desktop wallet is not connecting...
From a UX perspective, you need to add a more visible "Receive" button just like Phantom has or other wallets. A beginner wouldn't understand that they have to click on the account and then guess that they have to copy "an address", I don´t think it is intuitive in that sense, Despite I have experience using wallets, it wasn't easy to figure this out.
