Up to now, very confusing...Am I in or just yet out of the program? I only know I am making monthly payments but beyond that, no clue.
I only used the desktop browser version. And it's bad enough I have to refresh the page in order to get new messages, but they had to make a new account for me because so many features and cloaked were just broken in my account and it took months and they never bothered to fix it. But my old account at least when I hit refresh the newest messages were at the bottom of the page. But now with this new account, the newest messages are at the top of the page and I have to wait for an entire 100 + messages to be collected /cached, then I have to scroll all those 100 messages up to the newest at the very top. And do this every single time I refresh to get new messages. The fact somebody doesn't know how to sort and it's been like this for months is absolutely amazing it hasn't been fixed

You have to pay a sub fee before you can access it to see if it's a worthwhile extension to sign up to. NOT GONNA HAPPEN, especially after it had a technical issue almost immediately upon installing the ext. Shame cos I was looking fwd to using it.
IT STOPPED WORKING AND NOW A WHITE SCREEN
Not sure about this app i have had many problems since having it and way to many spam calls and un able to get any support tried chat 3 days in AROW AND STILL NO REPONSE AND NO IMFO OR WAY TO CONTACT ON WEB SITE BUYER BEWARE
So far it sucks....no help that matters.
Love the cloaked email saves me from getting tons of spam, but the phone number doesn't always work. The auto fill form or websites, give an error message as it seems to the know the phone number isn't valid. I still happy with the service
Issue resolved. Another extension was interfering with cloaked.
If you like an app that stores all your personal information and works some of the time, this is it! Don't rely on it to give you access to websites all the time. That isn't what this does. It fails about 20% of the time and requires you unistall, then reinstall it.
