Thank you so much!! I found this extension from someone else mentioning it in a comment in response to someone's post about job hunting and how tedious it's been. I love that this makes it so simple - seriously, great name! Your goal in simplifying the job application process has been met! I'm glad I've found it after doing hundreds of job applications manually. A lot of the time, I would just give up on something like Workday or another cumbersome application that wasn't extracting data from my resume well due to the formatting. Thanks a bunch for creating it and helping job seekers, especially in the current environment. I feel so much more efficient and it saves a ton of time!

While there is naturally room for improvement, this is a terrific product. I've only been using it for a week and it has solved one of the greatest pain points that I have experienced while on the job hunt. As a full-stack dev and owner of a digital marketing and creative agency, I'm a very technically savvy person, familiar with a number of the tricks (both pre- and post-AI era) used to streamline the application process, and I can say that no tool has created so much value for me so quickly as this one when it comes to exploring new executive career prospects. I used the tool several times today and I can sincerely say that it has really improved my experience in submitting myself as a candidate. As expected, there have also been some drawbacks. Sometimes the Chrome extension glitches and freezes the screen after I hit Autofill preventing me from doing anything on the page but starting all over. The problem does not usually reproduce upon reload, but it can still be a headache when I've had to input specific custom answers to questions and then have to spend time re-answering them all over again. In a few instances, it has also inserted incorrect Ethnicity information that does not match what I input in my Simplify profile. Next, a MAJOR issue for me is that I am currently exploring two different types of positions, both senior level but with very different requirements. I have more than enough experience for both types, but as a result of the different qualifications they highlight, I have different resumes that I use depending on which of the two types of positions I am applying for and each one highlights and prioritizes more relevant aspects of my experience. So the problem I have with Simplify is that it only allows me to keep one resume for autofill. IT WOULD BE AMAZING if I could upload multiple resumes to Simplify and CHOOSE which resume I want to use right from the plugin before hitting the autofill. Even more amazing if this functionality was extended for the fields as well. I imagine this would also be a great value add for many Simplify customers and prospective customers. Highly recommend getting this on the product roadmap! Also, the Simplify website itself sometimes hangs and takes a while to load, which I was just reminded of when I went to visit and it yesterday and it took about two minutes for it to open for me. Lastly, was glad to see on the website that privacy is taken seriously. Definitely something I looked out for before downloading. It's easily the biggest concern I have with using extensions. Please keep the protection of your user's privacy as a top priority and increasingly strongly incorporated. It will definitely drive extension downloads if you stick with it. So all in all though, this app is a winner. Looking forward to seeing how it grows and develops in the future!

LOVE this Chrome extension––it is single-handedly the BEST thing I have downloaded and have no idea how I filled out countless job applications before this. If you are on the fence, please just get it, you will not regret it. There are some areas of improvement I would love to see, namely being able to add questions / save the answers for previously written ones and optimizing the job tracking feature, but overall this is absolutely fantastic.

Hey Michael and Team, I have been applying for jobs and have been using Simplify's Chrome Extension to Autofill everywhere that is possible. However, I haven't been tracking the applications using the same extension because, the Job Description is not being saved properly and the link of the job application is not being saved when I use the job tracking feature. This additional feature is helpful when I want to visit the page, if and when I get an interview call, i.e., to revisit the Job requirements and expectations to prepare well. Hence, I have been using another extension available to only track the applications.
