Love the extension but I would appreciate if the skills section in Workday apps could also be filled by Simplify. Based on my experience, most of the time the skills section is left unfilled by the extension and sometimes when Simplify fills the skills section, it is extremely inaccurate. Regardless, highly recommended extension!

This is one of those products that makes you wonder how you ever functioned without it. The manual/receptive form filling that ATS systems require is pure torture, and simplify eliminates it entirely.

This is a great tool to use to automate Lever/Greenhouse and other popular ATS systems' applications. I wasted all of 2023 doing all this manually. Glad I found this in 2024 to apply to as many applications ASAP since the candidate pool is every increasing with all the continual layoff's :/. However, this tool has greatly made applications less painful. And I appreciate that. Some improvements: have matched jobs based on position title as well as fuzzy match with experience and skills listed in resume to have room for growth in new areas (new problem space/tool). Think some improvements would be the matched jobs categories which are mostly for interns/new grads as well as having matched jobs results more like an e-commerce page with pills/filters. For example, have filter for location (SF Bay Area), remote/hybrid, experience level, industry, etc. Also, would be great if they helped automate Workday applications because those are a pain. Otherwise, highly recommend!
