Literally drops nearly all the work from annoying applications which ask you to manually parse out all of your work history and experience and does it automatically. I would have started using it sooner, but I was procrastinating yet another input of my experience, but once I bit the bullet and just spent the 15-20 minutes to input my experience one more time, it has paid for itself in time dividends over and over. My only recommendation would be to allow for resume parsing to get over the hump of filling in all of your info once more.

Fantastic little plug-in. Not as intrusive as I thought it'd be (at least for my purposes) and effective for most uses. The only complaint I have is that there isn't an auto-option to refuse EEOC questions (I don't for societal reasons). Other than that, I use it every day, good work!
