When companies standardized on using Workato to handle the applications, it created a huge sink hole for the applicants. Each company needing me to go through the same painful steps of refilling their forms with content from my resume. Simply because they did not create the automated filling from my resume seamless. Simplify basically fixes these shortcomings and ensures that we are able to spend more time looking for and whetting out the right opportunities, rather than spend brain dead hours doing cut-copy-paste. Where someone would have maybe applied to 10 opportunities in a day before needing to take a break, Simplify actually keeps one motivated to scan for more opportunities minus the frustration. If you have not used it yet, try it!!! I guarantee you will not go back to applying any other way....

Feature Suggestion: Add automated Cover Letter/ Message to Recruiter with Chat GPT. Tailoring each cover letter to the application would be quite easy given the data you collect (job description and applicant experience), and would improve the quality of applications submitted through your platform.

This thing is really fast! Even in 2023 when companies are having this outdated system of asking to fill in fields despite after submitting resumes, this extension is a life saver! I am gonna use it now whenever I want to apply for jobs. I want to give it 4.5 stars as there are some improvements or features I would like to see, such as job opportunities to work in Canada, and some debugs such as not considering my last job as my current job. Overall, this is really a worth-keeping extension!
