I had started to use Simplify to apply more, as I was told it is a game. This is the main objective to increase the interaction with hiring managers in my specific field. It is getting faster and I have more time to read and spend time on more intelligent tasks then applying. Who knew that the ATS does not connect "100% accuracy" and "attention to detail", so that a resume can be missed from the review.

Soooooo Yall I've been using this new ap to apply for jobs and its freaking awesome. Its called Simplify Jobs its an app that make it easier to apply fir jobs using their automation with AI to fill out application, generate resumes for every job and if that wasn't enough they have jobs you can look through as well. the website is hecca easy to use and bright making it easy to see. I have been using Simplify for quite a time and this has really helped me a lot.We'all are well aware that how much time filling of a job applicatio costs us but thing smart thingeyy has helped me a lot.Although while filling the job appli i want that it automatically like fills all the required keywords for me that are missing in my resume but it lags that cherry.Rest all is fyee....

I purchased the Simplify+ version for a week ($20) to test it out, but it was not as good as I expected. First, it doesn’t answer all random application questions (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, AshbyHQ, etc.). The “training” feature also didn’t work for me — I had to retype the same answers for similar questions from different companies every time, which was frustrating. Second, the autofill feature works on only a limited number of platforms. In comparison, JobWizard (which is free) works on far more sites, including Indeed, making it much more versatile. Of course, JobWizard also has its downsides, but at least you can get a solid experience without paying extra. With Simplify+, I felt like the paid version didn’t bring enough value to justify the price.
