Simple changes yet such a difference! Our mind's get distracted whn thing are too cluttered, we are limited! This layout increases productivity and efficiency. I'm totally averse to extensions/add-ons that are able to read my content, buy after reading about Michael's background and learning that he was behing Inbox, which was like having a finger ripped from me after Google discontinued it since it solved all the problems with e-mail for me, I decided to give this extesion a shot! Don't regret it! I only regret Google not letting him do this to Gmail officialy while he still worked there! Another exemple of the result of a competent e visionary professional set free, whithout having his vision chopped by corporative issues.

Does literally nothing in either Standard GMail or Basic. Very disappointing, but it's entirely possible that google recently changed GMail's CSS to break the extension. Hopefully this will be fixed soon-ish. Thanks for the extension though. It's a grand idea. Even Outlook has a better GUI than GMail today.

Overall, I like it. However, it typically takes 2-5 opens and closes of Gmail for it to render properly in Chrome. I often get a very large amount of white space on the top of the window. Much greater than the screenshots show on the simpli.fy website. After a few times re-opening, the content properly moves up, and I now can see more of my message. Clearing my Chrome cache doesn't seem to help. Because I am on a Chromebook, I can also clear just Gmail cached content. That also doesn't work. I am using a Chromebook with Chrome 73.0.3683.88. It looks great when it renders properly. I'm hoping that after some updates things will work smoother.

EDIT: have to uninstall because there doesn't seem to be a way to get to Contacts from this extension.... <sigh> Like it. 4.5 stars. I wish the buttons were moved to the right (I saw the comment that I can apply CSS, but don't want to do that), both in the main view and looking at a message. There seems to be enough space to the right of "Inbox" to move them down and to the right. That's where gmail puts them and a lot of people are used to that. It is a long way to move the mouse to delete/archive. Yes, I know about the keyboard shortcuts, but I looked at them and they aren't particularly good. Are these from the extension or from standard gmail? If the former, it would be nice to be able to customize.

Cleans the screen up nicely, thanks. Please put back the Google Menu (Icon of 9 squares top right) that gives access to all the other Google Services. This is really useful and does not constitute clutter.
