iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.

The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

It asks me to install iCloud for Windows even tough I have it installed. What is happening with this extension that it's making it unavailable? I've tried everything: uninstall, reinstall, remove and add the extension again, even went and edited some permissions in WindowsApps folder and it still would'nt work.

Kann mich nicht in icloud für Windows bestätigen und somit auch nicht die passwörter benutzen. Steve Jobs hätte euch schon alle gefeuert.

works great... question is: IS IT SECURE??? Could this Extension be reading the password and storing it (or distributing it!!)? i don't see anyone else addressing this quesiton. Hope the extension is not reading my password... can you trust it? does any one know for sure? I'm not using this until someone can confirm this with clear evidence that it is not possible for this app to read the passwords.

Het werkt niet. Wachtwoorden worden niet gesynchroniseerd met die vanaf je iphone/ipad etc. Dus je kunt wel wachtwoorden weer opslaan, maar dan kun je net zogoed die van google chrome zelf gebruiken. Het gaat er net om dat je die vanaf je iphone kunt gebruiken. Daar heb ik de meeste opstaan namelijk. Iedere keer 2fa code invoeren is ook irritant, maar wel veilig.
