iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.
The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

Wenn ich in der Icloud app (12.4) versuche den Haken bei Passwörter zu setzen, werde ich aufgefordert mein Passwort einzugeben. Ich bekomme aber keine Push Nachricht auf mein Gerät um es zu bestätigen, somit aktuell für mich nicht nutzbar. Update: heute (23.8) klappt es wie gewünscht
Nějak to nefunguje či co. :-( Pořád to chce heslo (PIN 6 číslic). Nikdy nic neuloží, napíše mi to, že na stránce není co ukládat.

Can be installed in macOS but you get a pop up saying it's only for Windows. What if I wanted to use Chrome/Brave instead of Safari? No luck. Such potential being wasted on ineffective product decisions. I'll guess I'll stick with Last Pass for now

iCloud에 저장된 암호가 없어서 동기화 할 내용이 없는데도 수십분째 먹통인거 실화?? 원래부터 애플의 소프트웨어 만듦새가, 특히 Windows에서의 만듦새가 OO인건 알고 있었지만 이건 너무 심한 느낌..
This must've been a project worked on by a Work Experience kid that Apple hired for a couple of weeks, surely? Asks for an OTP on Every. Single. Use. No 'Suggest Password' functionality - useless if you sign up to a website. No ability to view passwords - can't look up an iCloud password for anything other than the website you're currently on (e.g. retrieve your Steam login). Come on, Apple. You can do better than this warmed-over nonsense.
Fungerar som väntat, skulle gärna fått det att fungera med annan variant av Chromium läsare, typ Sware Iron. Men misstänker att det är en säkerhets grej. Extra info för er som inte får det att fungera. 1. Installera iCloud for Windows, hämtas i Windows store. 2. Logga in med ditt Apple ID 3. Välj vad du vill synka med Windows 4. När tillägget finns i Chrome och första gången du försöker använda det, kommer det upp en ruta för sexsiffrigkod för att godkänna (länka) med "iCloud for Windows". Lycka till! Update: Efter att aktiverat den i Chrome kunde jag även få den att fungera med Sware Iron, toppen!!
Why does this only work on Windows? What if I want to use iCloud passwords with Chrome on macOS?
