iCloud Passwords lets you securely fill passwords from iCloud Keychain when signing in to websites using Chrome. Any new passwords you create in Chrome are saved to your iCloud Keychain so that they are also available across your Apple devices. The extension can also generate verification codes, which you can set up by right-clicking on a QR code.
The iCloud Passwords extension is compatible with macOS Sonoma or later, and Windows versions supported by the iCloud for Windows app. To enable the extension on a PC, download the iCloud for Windows app from the Microsoft Store and enable iCloud Passwords.

Running iCloud for Windows 12.2 and Chrome 91.0.4472.124 and it just doesn't work. Passwords is ticked in iCloud for Windows but whenever I click on the extension it says download iCloud for Windows to use ICloud Passwords. Uninstall/re-install doesn't fix.
Doesn't work. I have Chrome installed 1) I downloaded icloud for windows version 12 2) I then added iCloud Passwords Chrome extension. 3) I click the approve button next to passwords on windows app, I fill in the 6 digit code on my iphone, it loads for a while and then nothing happens. The password box stays unticked and greyed out. I have clicked the Approve button over 10 times every time putting in the 6 digit code and nothing happens. I have restarted my PC several times, uninstalling and reinstalling everything, nothing works. Can someone please explain what else should be done to make this work.
You have to log in to passwords on your iPhone and delete old passwords out of iCloud before you create new ones in Chrome, or iCloud Keychain will delete the new passwords you create in Chrome and replace them with your old passwords on your iOS.... Also, no password generator????
We need some chromebook love :(

It says no fields where found to fill in on almost every website...
I HAVE 2 COMPUTERS A MAC AND A PC LAPTOP THE DOWNFALL OF THIS EXTENSION IS THAT IS NOT VERSATILE AT ALL. I NEED MY PASSWORDS TO SYNC ON BOTH DEVICES IN CHROME BUT THIS FEATURE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CHROME ON WINDOWS AND DOESN'T SUPPORT CHROME ON MAC👎🏾
worked for a week and now doesn't work. click the cloud icon i either get the 6 box popup with no code to enter or i get a message to download icloud passwords (which i've done at least a dozen times) i've uninstalled and reinstalled the extension multiple times. pitiful
