There seems to be NO support for passkeys on Windows, so that makes it useless. There is also a bug that it removes 2FA setup keys from iCloud Passwords on Windows. If you have previously manually created a password for a site like "www.ebay.com", when you use this extension and login to it, the extension will delete the 2FA code from the Passwords app on Windows. It appears to do this because it tries to add an additional website (signin.ebay.com). Luckily you can get the Setup key out of your iPhone Passwords app and reset it up on Windows. It will also delete all your Notes..

Doesn't seem to work for me for some unknown reason, it happened since yesterday or day before after updating Chrome. PS. Still not working unless I click the saved info from the iCloud Passwords at the top. Also another note, this worked on Chrome on Windows before but now it doesn't work at all unless I click the password via the icon at the top where the Chrome extensions at which has made it more annoying than to simply click the password in the login pages on websites.

seems to work well at the moment, looking at the other reviews I guess we'll have to see. I'm on a baller pc so idk if experiences will differ. Was a very simple process, downloaded Icloud app from the microsoft store, initialised it and then came onto here added the extension and then I got a notification from my pc with the code, and then it was all connected. IDK what some people are talking about when it comes to needing an apple device on bluetooth. I'll edit this if it doesn't work properly later down the line.
