I love it. I had issues with it working at first, but they were brushed away and fixed. I would use it.
Very disappointing at customer service. There is an issue with the LinkedIn connector where it keeps choosing an alternative email rather than the primary email to add to the application. First tier customer support led me to believe that he was going to put me in touch with their developer team. Days kept passing, I sent a follow-up and no response. Poor customer service and to me a broken product. Spent good money on their middle of the road option with no value at all. Highway robbery. Utter failure.
Indeed and glassdoor(the better job hunting platforms with good filters to weed out third party staffing agents spam jobs) does not work. Have contacted support multiple times but there's still no fix. The ones that work like linkedin and ziprecruiter just apply to random jobs outside your filter so I just stopped using them altogether. Requested for a refund but they won't give me any kind of refund. Don't waste your money on this platform. Find something better that actually works.
I recently tried out the LinkedIn Cover Letter creator and was really surprised with the results. I think if you are not using such tools in your job search then you are lagging behind. It's a must have tool for every job seeker.
