This extension shows the headlines of the video entirely without hiding them partially, as by default.
It add a CSS that change height of title, so it is easier to use YouTube.com, because you can see all title and don't need to hover on a title to see it all.
The plugin doesn't have any JS, just simple CSS.

dev, please update for youtube shorts clip title if you get a chance for those that can't wait, modify style.css and load extension in developer mode. DIY a) search locate pgpdaocammeipkkgaeelifgakbhjoiel folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions b) make a copy of the folder to desktop c) rename the folder as desired e.g Youtube Full Title 2023 d) add 2 blocks of css below to the bottom of style.css /* in 2023 - for shorts clip & movies in main recommendation page*/ #video-title.ytd-rich-grid-slim-media { -webkit-line-clamp: unset !important; max-height: unset !important; overflow: unset !important; } /* in 2023 - for shorts clip in related watch page*/ #video-title.ytd-reel-item-renderer { -webkit-line-clamp: unset !important; max-height: unset !important; overflow: unset !important; } e) load it with developer mode i) click on ... right hand side ii) choose More tools iii) click Extensions iv) toggle Developer mode to ON (top right) v) click Load unpacked (top left) vi) navigate to Youtube Full Title 2023 (note: extension will now run and load from here this folder)

Does exactly what is says!, i have been using it for a few days and haven't found any problems at all
When it's working, it does what it says and does it well. But it seems to stop working every other day so do with that what you will.
Still does what it says as of review date. No more partial titles. 5 Stars!
