Our Ad skipper detects ads then mutes and fast forwards through them. It's essentially an ad blocker for Hulu.

This works really well and saves a lot of time. If your screen goes black or freezes you will need to reload the page. Plus, I have found my way around the problem by managing the extension and slowing the speed it speeds up the video. I don't know if the better Wi-Fi or better device you use effects the speed you can run the extension at, but if it freezes up, I highly recommend slowing the speed down!
Works good it fast forwards them and mutes them only problem is that it sometimes freezes and I have to reload but either way great ad blocker
I would like to give this five stars but there are a lot of times where the skipper will pause and stop constantly or pause until I have to reload the page entirely. It works when it decides to but that pausing is really obnoxious.
3/19/2025, updated my version of google chrome and this is working again! I remember when Hulu used to be free online, and even then... I'd still have this extension.
Very good extension, works perfectly, 10/10 would totally recommend.
Awful. the user interface is completely pathetic. there is another extension called just "Hulu Skipper", and it blows this out of the water. The fact that this has way more users is sad. Creator should put effort into their work. You'd think they made in 2006 or as school project but no this is literally someone trying.

Great extension, very nice.
It works! My VPN wasn't turned on but it was still blocking ads so I turned it off for Hulu.
Isn't working anymore :( Hulu gives a screen that says ads cant play and "click to enable ads"
