Excellent Support and very prompt service and response, Tom even personally teamviewer connect to my vps to give me a 1-1 demo explain very detail and giving me all the tips and show me his tradingconnector work 100% is not as what some claim not working in earlier review, This is an indispensable tool that automate trade saving time and Best so far I've come across! READ THIS! I dont know where these negative comments coming from, but i experienced completely the opposite. I have been using TradingConnector`s Multiple Account service for over 2 months on 12 different accounts, and my mind is blown away every day. I cant be thankful enough for these guys for what they created. Customer service is also excellent, they replied whenever i had a question. Team, keep up the great work, and thank you again!

I tried TradingConnector a few months ago, but couldn't get past the components setup. Quite recently devs launched that WHITE GLOVE ONBOARDING and it rocks! They installed everything in 10 minutes and even coded some alerts logic for me. And these alerts are flying exactly as they should!

I like this. It works instantly from the Tradingview alerts to the mt4 chart. I tested this for 24 hours and it traded a lot. I'm glad I discovered this because its helping. I understand it may not be to the optimal performance at times according to previous reviews but its much better than manual trading.

Almost There, But Not Quite. I am a patient person and I gave this service a solid try. There were several issues during my use that you can read about in other reviews, and experienced every single one. I would not recommend this tool to anyone in its current state. The tool's shortcomings were also compounded by the developer's lack of consistent communication with the users. For now, I will be unsubscribing from this service and using an alternative that is more reliable. Hopefully the developers update it to fix the issues because it certainly has a lot of potential.

Sent an email 1 month ago, no response. No support or help available. It used to work perfectly, now it does not. I followed the new guidelines (one tab only, chrome visible etc) and also I upgraded the Chrome Extension to 1.2.7, TradingConnector.exe to 1.0 and TradingConnectorEA to 1.30 and still have a problem when multiple alerts are fired at the exact same second, the TradingConnector only picks up some of them - so some alerts aren't executed. Not good enough. Some accounts get their orders and others not, so basically half working. Will you fix or should I end my subscription?

Does not work anymore. Prior to the chrome update it worked perfect. After the chrome update it doesn’t work but maybe only 10% of the time. I’ve added the latest chrome app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the .exe file. Everything looks great, the light is green , says it’s good to go, but when the alerts fire Off in TradingView they do not get recognized by trading connector and therefore the signals do not get pushed through to mt5. Connection issue. Doesn’t work anymore.

version 1.2.3 work now. follow comment from another person below: "Make sure to have Alerts window open after you click the clock on the right in the tradingview panel and leave it open and refresh the browser page. I noticed you have to have your alerts visible for them to work with tradeconnector executable running"
