This AI comprend has caused me more time documenting. There are way too many bottoms and windows you have to click on to get a note or evaluation done. When you have more than one patient file tab open and you move between them comprend does not causing you to dictate in the wrong patient file. In a busy clinic this is really a problem and becomes very frustrating creating a lot of time correcting this mistake. I now spend a lot more time on documentation.

This "AI" tool has made documentation time take longer. It adds things I never said and then will not add what I actually did say or even type out in the transcript. Cannot get the procedures correct even when I specifically say the things that were completed for that section. It crashes randomly and without notice, even in the middle of recording an eval and will lose the entire transcript. It makes up words some days and other days is perfectly fine. The format is not consistent and without notice will change how it puts things into the note. It literally is causing me to have more burnout of the documentation process of this job. I love being a physical therapist. I love working with my patients. I despise this AI system for the documentation portion of being a PT.

I have been using Comprehend for 3-4 months now. Evaluation time has cut down significantly, daily note time has not changed, but seems compliance has improved with daily notes. We use WebPT EMR, and I have noticed it double documents frequently throughout the note, just because there is a text box to be filled. Small glitches that occur, but overall I do think it is helping to decrease documentation time overall.

I have been a PT for over 20 years and notes have always been a significant time drain for me. I have never been great at point of contact notes. I have used other AI scribes with mild improvements. But Comprehend is MUCH better than any other program! It does take some time to "learn" how you write and what is important to each therapist. Their support is very responsive and helpful in making it adapt to your needs as well. This has been more than a game changer in my clinics, and I am getting caught up on my sleep rather than writing notes all night! My suggestion to the negative reviews is to take the time to help it adapt to your "voice." If you put in the time to truly train it to be your assistant, it will cut your time writing notes by an amazing amount. THANK YOU COMPREHEND!!!

I do not like using comprehend. It was dropped onto us with the goal of "improving compliance" and "decreasing burnout"-The result after 3 months of using it? Notes are needlessly bloated and filled with fluff. The notes read like a high school senior who is trying to pad his essay to hit the wordcount. It hallucinates, makes things up and requires so much extra input, it feels easier to write my own notes. The notes also make communication between clinicians much more difficult- If I have another therapists's patient on my schedule, I often have no idea what is going on... There is a suite of options that give you an opportunity to "Train" the AI to write notes in your style, But I was instructed by leadership to NOT use these functions. The result? See above. I can say that it does cut down on time writing notes, and does allow me to be more present with patients. However, due to the reasons listed above, I do not recommend using comprehend.
