Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them.
Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way.

Works perfectly! Never seen any 3rd party ads anywhere since I added this plugin.
Excellent little utility - very useful.
Functions very well, but the UI presentation is not to my liking. Requiring the chrome button to change the status of cookies is not ideal for me, a contextual menu item would be much more suitable. Of course these are only personal preferences and do not reflect rating score.
MASSIVELY slows the loading of the browser even on my top-end gaming PC. Makes the browser lock up (Windows states that it is unresponsive and asks if I want to close Chrome) for 30 to 40 seconds each and every time that the browser is loaded. The situation is predictably worse on this under powered notebook from which I am presently writing this review. This add-on is a great idea, but has terrible execution.
Fantastic product that does what it says. Look forward to the every growing list of nasty 3rd party tracking cookies being blocked! The more people that use it the more likely we are to reduce Facebooks share price :)
Stops a lot of video ads playing automatically. Only once have I ever had to disable it for a page to work right.
Kann ich wirklich sehr empfehlen !! auch für Firefox optimal ... darum gibt es 5 Sterne von mir ... eine der wenigen (!!) Erweiterungen welche für mich "trust - level = high" wirklich verdient haben ... :)
This app breaks reddit if it's installed for longer than a week. They need to fix this.
i really like this extension.when you first start using it a lot of sliders are green.but the more you browse they start turning to yellow and red.shows it is working.i really hope this extension is supported and gets only better.please support eff.they care about your privacy.
Works well. A bit overzealous sometimes but the interface is great and makes it easy to unblock stuff as required.
