When you pause a YouTube video, the player controls don't disappear. That makes it really hard to take a clean screenshot of the video. The controls also block your view, which can get really annoying. Hyde is a simple Chrome extension that allows you to hide or show the video player controls easily.

⭐ Simply use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+M to hide the controls or show them again. ⭐

This extension is so useful! This is one of those little things that make all the difference when watching videos. When I'm watching Photoshop tutorials or smartphone camera comparisons, I need the whole screen. This is genius. Thank you.

Thank you for this addon! You are saint person. Making player to overlay video is horrible idea and im glad i finnaly find a cure to this problem.

It's good, but it's not compatible with the extenstion 'Cluster' since CTRL+M is the shortcut to open Cluster Window and Tab manager.
