History Trends Unlimited regularly syncs your history to a local database to work around the (approximate) 3-month time limit imposed by Chrome. Your history is saved locally; it's never shared or sent over the network.
Features:
* Interactive charts and stats. Click any of the bar/line/pie charts to filter by a value.
* Search your history by keyword. Or browse it chronologically.
* Access the raw data to perform your own analysis. Click the "Export These Results" link on the Trends or Search page.
* Transfer your history to a new computer. See instructions on the Options page.

This should be an option within Chrome but you did it anyway. You are doing the work that NEEDS to be done. Thanks. (4/30/25 update: No changes.)
recent，when click search tab, always show "Initializing..." for hours, and can not use any more
i tried using it today but it stopped working why is that??
I absolutely love this extension. From the moment you start using it, it archives your entire history and even displays it clearly for future reference versus the vague text documents other programs may be limited to. I just wish I started using it 10 years ago, but I at least still have from 2015 onward. The ability to export in full or in increments and then import it all later even ensures the longevity of the history in case of accidents. Edit: I'll keep the rating decent, but I must mention that it is now inconvenient to use this extension due to regular data corruption. It's the fault of Google, but it's still a negative. Also, for users who had .tsv backups like me, be sure to change the extension to .txt and they will import. Edit 2: I'm not sure if my experience reflects the majority, but it became a lot less common for my history to erase itself, and it's now easy to restore it whenever it does. It could be a lot worse (such as the early days of this error).
Hello! I like your tool very much, which solves my troubles. It would be better if you could optimize your search. The search function is not very friendly, there is no fuzzy search. "ABC" example: a* can be found, which is good. "ABC" example: b*, not found. "ABC" example: *c, not found. It may be the words of different countries that lead to different effects. Hope to add these functions, thank you very much!
Doesnt show past 90 days which I am looking for, I thought this extension shows my history past 90 days
I used to love this extension......notice I said love........I got on this morning and went to the extension and EVERYTHING was gone!!! The only history was today!!! I don't know how it erased everything prior today because it was working fine yesterday.......I am furious!!!

Simply perfect!
Just brilliant, and indispensable. I appreciate this extension so much, and it is so well designed. I depend pretty heavily on having a lengthier history. One of many, many examples as to why would be using a history keyword search to pinpoint *when* a certain issue occurred -- and maybe to remember how I solved it back then, or to settle a disagreement about when it happened. Or to find a site that helped me solve an issue, to aid recall on how I did so if it recurs, or to get additional advice.
