it sucks they need to fix it
I tried to download this extension, but I can't open it all it says is remove from chrome and not open app. Thanks developement team
After using the extension to create bootable usb (which did work) the USB is now stuck in 'READ ONLY' mode. So I cannot use it for anything else or be able to remove the files. The 'Remove Recovery Media' option does not work. So now I have a bricked USB drive.
Seems to be able to make bootable linux os correctly but not windows, I always get errors of "no media drivers detected" I've done extensive research and have come to the conclusion that this recovery isnt forming a bootable windows iso correctly! This is a problem as I only have my chromebook and my pc that is now currently stuck in linux (pop os)
no funciona no hace nada
This extension is dead and will no longer work to recover a chromebook. After the USB drive is modified and the recovery files are installed the chromebook that needs repair does not recognize the drive.
No se dan maña para nada, lpm... Bueh, desde Linux Mint 21.1 Cinnamon bajé el Balena Etcher y pude grabar en un pendrive la iimagen de Chrome Flex sin drama (no descompriman ni nada). Boteó al toque y funcó perfectamente. De todas formas, quién usaría esto en vez de un buen OS Linux NO RESTRICTIVO, como por ejemplo la santa trinidad: Mint, Zorin, Kubuntu.... En fin. Ah, los pendrives "arruinados" xD con esta extensión, se arreglan con cualquier editor de particiones.
