BEWARE the extension itself works as intended but the erase recovery disk may render your usb thumbdrive inaccessible when trying to install a windows iso to the usb drive later on.The security tab is non existant which is required to access it for booting from and writing an iso to it.Clearly a bug caused by the erase recovery disk portion of the extension,After many many windows formats it eventually fixed itself.
I don't know why everyone hates this Google Utility I need this for reinstalling Chrome OS and it worked and it was helpful I also like how you can find your Chromebooks model
"Linux is currently unsupported." Yet, it works on my Chromebook? I'm hearing, unless you use Windows or another Chromebook, this extension is unavailable to you. It doesn't get much more stupid than this, folks.
I got successful install Chrome OS Flex on a desktop which producted in 2012. Everything is fine and smooth, except I am not able to find the driver for EPSON EPL-6200L(PPD file) printer. Please help.

Has worked brilliantly in the past to recover a few ASUS CN60 Chromeboxes in a computer suite in a school. No longer works and also destroys the USB drive that was used to try and recover it. Tried on Chrome on Mac and also Chrome on Windows PC. Disappointingly useless.

Успешно установил Chrome Flex на HP pavilion 15. Сперва тоже, выбирал усторойства chromebook и терял флешку , через управление дисками можно назад восстановить , удаляя все с нее разделы . Потом таки выбрал из устройств именно Google Chrome OS Flex и все установилось . Работает шустро , пока глючит только спящий режим , думаю драйвера еще не совсем допилены для Ryzen 5500 u, но спящий и под linux не работает, но тут таки драйвер пытается поднятся но без ускорения графики со слайд шоу, которое работает до спящего.
