Wer lesen kann und es tut, ist klar im Vorteil. Man wird zuerst gefragt, welches Chromebook man wiederherstellen will. Habe aber gar keins, sondern nur ein x86 Laptop. Darum also "Google Chrome OS Flex" als Modell wählen. Das hatte ich erst überlesen.

I only use the Chromebook Recovery Utility to install Chrome OS Flex into my old laptops. The extension had done the task properly a few years ago, and I could remove the OS image to reuse the flash drive for file storage. However, the problem is that it does not specify the required empty storage space that a computer requires to store and transfer the OS image into a flash drive.
