Now that there are ads, there is not really a point in having the extension for me. Writing this review for other people who were drawn to the extension because of the ad block. Also towards the dev, since I notice you roaming around in these reviews... ppl ofc are gonna be frustrated and they have a right to be. That's not your fault as I'm sure you had to comply with YouTube in order to keep your extension up. But rudely replying to disappointed ppl (clients) is only making you look bad (coming from an outside pov). Ofc a lot ppl are gonna drop the extension now and leave 1 star ratings bc this extension no longer does what most ppl are looking for, in fact, it's doing kind of the opposite now. It's the point of reviews-- to say what you think of the product. I would suggest, if you're goal is to be the most effective at still selling your product, you just ignore the ppl and keep doing as you're doing, assuming you don't have much of a choice with these changes. Some bad reviews and drops in installs/ratings should be expected. It's the hard choices devs have to make sometimes. Take that as you will though.

No longer blocks ads? That was the reason I used this extension. They completely removed that feature.

Used to be a great extension with a multitude of great features- the best of which was the Skip Ad button. However, now that they have removed the button, there's not really any point of this extension anymore. Whatever changes they did also causes YouTube to load much more slowly now- taking up to a whole minute. Why on earth did they remove that button?? It was working great...

No longer blocks ads, and instead partnered with a random AI company no-one has heard of and injects their ads. This used to be useful, but the dev sold-out and now the review page is full of 1 star reviews and the Developer is arguing with people calling them clowns. Another dev ruining their own product because they want a quick payday. As someone who donated in the past, I'll never support you again.
