This timer is designed to help you be more productive by keeping your fingers on the keyboard. Click the extension icon from your browser to pop a new timer (or bring the existing one into the foreground). Then just type the number of minutes you want the timer to run for and hit Enter. The timer will start as a countdown, filling up as the timer runs so you'll know roughly how much time you have left without breaking your concentration. Once the timer completes, it begins flashing so you know it's complete. If you need to pause the timer, just select the timer popup and hit Space. Space again to resume. If you want to reset the timer (for the previously selected duration) just select the timer popup and hit "R" and it will start over.
Cheatsheet for keyboard shortcuts:
- 1-999 : Start a timer for that many minutes
- R : Reset the timer
- Space : Pause/resume the timer
- ? : Toggle config mode (where you can set the background color, toggle the "ding")

This is a really great timer! Love the progress bar design and configurable settings. Love that it requires ZERO PERMISSIONS to install. I've been using Windows PowerToys to force this little popup timer to stay on top of other windows.
This is a simple but effective plug-in that does its job! Unlike other applications which are bound within the upper-right side in the browser, you can open as many windows to your liking. The only issue I have with the new update is that the font size for the task name is now too large. The task name used to be smaller before the update. Is there anyway to control this?
Very helpful. Appreciate the developer's attention to feedback and efforts to make this tool as useful for us as possible. As someone with ADHD (and the time blindness that can come from it) I TRULY benefit from having a visual representation of the passage of time. I've bought so many of the desktop TT clocks over the years, but this is super convenient and helpful for me when running meetings and the Zoom timer just doesn't stand out enough to get my attention. This is going to help a LOT and I'm thankful already.
i am shocked how the developer just actually listens to user requests and ideas thats what i expect from all the tech thing like phone and other apps and games
Simple and easy to use. The only problem is that I can't get the points/streak notification to go away. When I make the window small (for classroom timer use), it takes up the whole window and the kids can't see the countdown.
Amazingly simple! I use Microsoft PowerToys' "Always On Top" tool to keep this timer on my screen and remind me of what I need to be doing
Feature Request : Hi Author - I have been using this timer to prevent meeting overruns . Appreciate if you can go -ve time after time runs out with flashing option
Gente, não costumo comentar, mas essa extensão merece!!! É maravilhooosaaa. Consigo usá-la até enquanto estou no word. Dá para deixar a janela de tempo aberta na área de trabalho do notebook, também no word, no navegador etc. E não só: você consegue aumentar e diminuir o visor (basta posicionar o cursor do mouse em cima das bordas e arrastar quando aparecer uma seta com duas pontas). AMEI! Estava perdendo muito tempo em algumas tarefas e resolvi ficar mais atenta a isso e achei a extensão perfeita para isso!!
