I have been using Dux-Soup for about a month now and it is working well for me. Messages are being sent out. Easy to use. Great features to help me in marketing on Linkedin in a way is personal but not labor intensive. Extremely helpful, and a must. No red flags for me. I know many others using it as well and it comes highly recommended. What I can say most of all is the customer support is beyond spectacular. They are very responsive. They provide direct and clear answers that address my question or issue. They use screenshots to help guide me also, which is super helpful. They even set up a call for me to get a one on one to clarify a few things I didn't realize. I can't express more in words how appreciative I am of their support team, their patience, their always willing to help approach, and everything else they do. Much thank you's to them. And I recommend their services to anyone. Their service and value is completely worth it. I have the Pro package.

Great product but don't waste your time. VERY GLITCHY!!! Has repeated trouble syncing with your google ID, requiring resets that may or may not work, but are never permanent. This is such a common problem that they have a dedicated support page to the problem---which does not work. Support apparently is using old version of google because the pathway they give to fix the problem doesn't help When it works, it's great, so I'm still wrestling with the support issue. May raise the star rating based on results but for now avoid despite how good it does when it works. Life is too short.
