Por lo que leo es común a tod@s. A mí no me asignan los puntos tampoco ni reclamándolos 20 veces aportando las facturas y pantallazos de la compra.
Tengo puntos pendientes de asignar a pesar de haber transcurrido ya el plazo para ser asignados. Les escribo y me contestan que aporte documentación y facturas de las compras (cuando mi cuenta indica que son puntos pendientes de asignar). Un poco engañoso...

antes funcionaba muyy bien, ahora no se te actualiza en tu pagina para sumarte puntos,
LA EXTENSIÓN FUNCIONA CUANDO QUIERE!!! COMO NUNCA TE QUEDA CLARO SI ESTÁS COMPRANDO A TRAVEZ DE TRAVEL POR LAS COMPRAS ON LINE, LAS WEBS TE REDIRECCIONAN Y SIEMPRE QUIEREN QUE TERMINES COMPRANDO CON ELLOS DIRECTAMENTE, ES MUY IRRITABLE!! PORQUE SIGO TODO EL PROCESO CORRECTO ACEPTO LA EXTENSIÓN, ABRO LA WEB DE TRAVEL, CON MIS DATOS DE REGISTRO, COMPRAS ON LINE, ME LLEVA A LA WEB QUE QUIERO COMPAR, LA WEB INTENENTA UNA Y MIL VECES REDIRECCIONARME.... UFF ES TAN IRRITABLE Y AHORA VEO QUE COMPRAS QUE HE REALIZADO POR MÁS DE 200 € NO TENGO NINGÚN PUNTO Y CUANDO INTENTO RECLAMARLO DICEN QUE YA ESTAN CADUCADOS, QUE DEBEMOS RECLAMARLO MÁXIMO EN 60 DIAS!!! PERO YO ME FIABA QUE ELLOS ME ASIGNARÍAN LOS PUNTOS COMO CORRESPONDE, CUANDO HE REALIZADO TODO EL PROCESO CORRECTO, PERO NO !!! Últimamente me sale que instale la extensión a Chrome. Ya creo que la he instalado 50 veces y sigue saliendo. Por favor revisadlo y corregir.

Últimamente la APP no funciona, dice cuenta bloqueada. Antes no tenía ningún problema, solo pedo ver los puntos en la web.
nunca funciona, ni desde Travel. Siempre da error y mis puntos sin sumarse
