As of Oct. 21st the Add-On no longer works. It needs to be updated as there are other "Old Facebook" Extensions that do work currently. Hope you get this fix soon. Update: Oct. 22 Things are back to normal after the update. Update: Oct. 22 6pm East - Looks like it is broken again..Looks like this is going to be a FB Fight back and forth with the developers.
