Gробовал wget, sitesucker, просто сохранять страницу как webarchive. Ни какой из способов не давал возможность скачать все ресурсы. Например когда картинки в слайдере подгружаются с помощью javascript. Только это расширение скачивает все что нужно для идеального отображение сайта локально
