Pra quem está com dificuldades em instalar/usar, segue uma dica: só vai instalar se seu perfil for administrador do computador. Para computadores de empresa/domínio, tem que acionar a t.i. pra fazer isso. Uma vez que você é administrador, mova o arquivo de instalação para uma pasta fácil e vazia, vou usar como exemplo c:\certisign. Clique no iniciar e digite "cmd", sem aspas. Clique com botão direito no resultado, e escolha executar como administrador. Na tela preta que aparecer, digite "cd\certisign", também sem aspas. Use a tecla TAB no teclado, e o nome do instalador vai aparecer. Aperte ENTER, e instale normalmente... vai funcionar após instalar!

Única empresa do gênero que exige a instalação de um plugin e mais a instalação de um aplicativo no computador para conseguir assinar um documento! The only online document singing company that requires you to install a browser plugin AND a native application in order to sign a document!
