Google Search results pages show mixed content types (images, videos, news, shopping, etc.). Users who want pure web-text results must manually modify URLs. This extension automates that URL modification so every Google search defaults to web-only results.

User performs a Google search → background.js detects the Google Search URL via webNavigation listener → content.js runs at document_end → checks if 'udm=14' is already present → if not, inserts 'udm=14' after the first '&' and redirects via window.location.replace → Google re-renders the page with web-only filtered results.
