Simple and light! What I wanted!
This extension makes a newtab blank with a css. Useful feature. Just on/off. Minimalistic work. (((A little lack of rigour in the manifest of the current 2.0 version : any url match so only the css class can aim the newtab and not other pages.))) (((But blank is too much empty for me so i will modify the css for myself to disable only what i hate.)))
