As a paying user, I speak with first hand knowledge and one who has a long storied history of working with automation. What can I say, I absolutely LOVE this plugin / app. I'm several weeks into my first automated funnel and yielding conversions. Please note, I'm only in the infancy of my automation funnel and already getting results. There are lots of safety checks in place (sending too many weekly messages, views... etc...) and anyone can grasp the concept of this plugin/app in no time. All in all, I love this plugin / app and will continue to use this for a long time. My ONLY gripe is that when compared to other plugins, this is meat and potatoes of functionality. I do wish there were more tools. (Perhaps this is something they are working hard at behind the scenes?) Highly recommend this to anyone looking to grow their user base and drive sales. I did the whole process manually before I started this week with Octopus. It really saves me a lot of time and I saw many results after a day, so far so good.
Probably the worst tool on the market. First of all, it doesn't track the connections very well so you can't even tell engagement rate. Second, using OctopusCRM will get you banned/suspended from LinkedIn. No automation is allowed, even if you aren't doing in bulk. This used to work back in the day, but not anymore.
Great tool
New user to Octopus having never used anything of this nature before. I started my first campaign on Linkedin this week and have to say I found the set up and implementation easy. I have looked at other platforms but am pleased that I chose Octopus. To date I cannot fault it.
unethical business. it's recognized as a spam tool to LinkedIn, so get the block all the time. the customers support is rubbish, no response.
