Their variation viewer provides the best data out of any others I have seen. It's always accurate, and it's not invasive. I love it!
For around 14 months I have had the pleasure of working with Michael and the team at Amzpecty to help build out a new product for a company here in New Zealand. We started small, only doing 50 ASINS once a day and recording this data. Currently we now do 1000's of products every 15-30 minutes via their API and it has been near faultless even with us doing millions of requests a month. Whenever there has been an issue, the team led by Fred have jumped onto issues immediately. I'm not sure these guys sleep! 99% of the time it's because Amazon have changed something on their end which causes problems. Amzpecty are the best we have found in the business for collecting inventory data, and have even added new data points for us and new marketplaces when we have requested them. We have a simple node.js script which calls ASINS from our database and requests jobs to the Amzpecty API. Once the job is done they post us the data back and we then save this to S3 and run it through our algos. Amzpecty have expertise in things like bot detection, geolocation detection, browser fingerprinting and access to crucial IP ranges to make sure we get the data reliably. The team here in NZ look forward to scaling up more and more and are confident in Amzpecty to help us with our growth in the long term by being our trusted provider for this data. Thanks, Adam

TLDR: I've been a techie since I was a teenager and have never been this impressed with a software developer's quality of support and quality of data. I was up at 3AM PST when I had a software failure using the chrome extension and was connected to a "support" staff - who i later learned was a staff developer - within moments, and exchanged emails with near instant responses until an interim resolution was found. And I had only spent $9!? I quickly noticed they have best-in-class quality of data (with comparisons to my internal metrics) after extensive trials with other companies. I started asking some relatively complex technical questions, and was directed to their VP of operations - who had a call into me by 8am PST. He was the one of the most adept individuals i've had the pleasure to speak with in years concerning Amazon data and theoretical technical capacities, and treated me with the respect like I was a fortune 500 company client. Without a doubt, I'll graduate quickly to being an enterprise-level customer for custom developments based on our conversation. If you're in the market to get accurate data and outstanding support, don't think twice to try these guys.
