Great app!
We have used Just call for several months with pipedrive. Initially it worked well the call quality was moderate to poor but at least the text messages worked. We had some real issues with the call forwarding stopped working and we had spend 2 weeks not receiving calls from on our main number We had marketed using the just call number (what a mistake) It has been estimated that our business lost over $30,000 from just call being unable to forward calls to our office. We could not transfer our number away from just call so basically all of our marketing was wasted. For over two weeks we went around and around with tech support on the issue their only response was that "they were going to check with the upstream provider" later they said the number could not be reached even though I could dial it from my cell phone and we had 7 other people call the number successfully from their cell phone or land line. Would not recommend. Great idea very very poor customer service and if a technical issue comes up realize that it will likely not be solved easily.
