I’ve found it helpful for understanding market trends in different areas, which is definitely valuable when making offers or deciding on a selling price. It’s easy to use and provides solid insights that can really help you make more informed decisions. Definitely worth adding to your browser if you’re in the market!
I've been using Property Track on RightMove for a few months now and it is very useful. I also use PropBar which has a usage limit if you want to get detailed info. on a property. I like Property Track because it is free and it is simple to use: the price history shows just essential details which is all I need. Sometimes - not often - the early price history differs between Property Track and PropBar, but that isn't really an issue just something to note. This is an example: https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/154537850#/ I think it's because the property has been relisted - maybe with a different agent - and Property Track isn't able to join the dots. Even so it's been very helpful.
Updated: Really helpful on the list view. Now included on property page too, which is really handy for going back and clicking on saved properties as previously I was having to try re-find them in the list view. Updated to 5* as developer provided an update to fix that I still think it would be helpful if there was a way to see the price history in other views too such as: * Selected property drawer on map view * Saved properties list
