Painful once downloading started after few kb stoped and show download complete and a lot of people complained about same problem , software developer is not maintaining the problem . disappointed.................

Since Years I am working with this tool, in Internet Explorer and Chrome. Never crashed. I do not understand what some people do.

I love it and it works, however since today chrome keeps removing it for no reason from my extensions completely, not disabling it, but removing it for no reason.
The program itself is great; the only complain I have is that it doesn't start downloading automatically once you clicked the link like Internet Download Manager does - but that's really off topic. My problem with the extension in Chrome - as pointed out before - is that it keeps on trying to redownload itself. I could be in the middle of browsing a page, and suddenly get redirected to this URL: chrome-extension://ahmpjcflkgiildlgicmcieglgoilbfdp/ ...which points back to FDM's own extension download, and it keeps on failing at downloading anyway. Until I see a response, I am going to stay off the Chrome extension and just use the program itself.

Simply put, it does not work. It doesn't catch downloads nor download directly when an html link has been input by hand.
