Let’s be very clear: this extension is semi-garbage, and the only reason it isn’t a 1/5 is because two features technically work. First, the pricing is insane. If you want to buy Steam levels, you are getting absolutely ripped off. Going from level 51 → 100 costs €206.05 here. That is not “a bit expensive,” that is pure greed. For comparison: steamlevelup.com: $133.92 USD steamlevels.com: €129 Both do the exact same thing, with better pricing and without pretending this is somehow premium. There is zero justification for charging nearly double. None. Now, what does work? Farming playtime — yes, you can farm a lot of hours. Farming cards — yes, that also works. That’s it. End of list. Auto badge crafting? Completely irrelevant. This has existed for years. Anyone with half a brain can use Tampermonkey and a public GitHub script to do the same thing for free, without logging into some random third-party site and handing over account access. This extension does not innovate here at all — it just repackages old scripts and slaps a price tag on them. And let’s talk about value. If you’re not here to farm cards or playtime, the extension is basically useless. Farming playtime on its own is also one of the dumbest things you can do unless you’re trying to fake hours for ego reasons, so that feature barely counts as real value. So what are you left with? Overpriced level purchasing Features that already exist elsewhere Nothing unique Nothing worth the asking price I’m rating this 2/5 stars, and that’s being generous. It’s not entirely useless — card farming works — but the pricing model is predatory and the feature set is laughably outdated. Final warning to anyone reading this: do not spend money on Steamlvlup Card Factory. They are charging absurd prices compared to established competitors, and you gain nothing extra in return. Match your prices to the market, or stop pretending this is anything other than a cash grab.
