It can also send headers which are normally restricted by Chrome but are critical for testing APIs. The Interceptor makes this process painless. Something that would have required a proxy earlier can now be achieved without any installation steps or extra configuration.

Unreliable. The standalone app keep saying INTERCEPTOR DISCONNECTED. Works for the Chrome app one. Lame tech
love it but when your unit is infected with ads on transparent it will alter the app and i dont know why it happens today and i need to reinstall it that the injected code on your app will be gone please investigate those bypass cause it will cause the information of the user will be expose

That was a colossal waste of time. It's not useful for capturing cookies, but I did find it quite adept at displaying the message "not connected" with no explanation and no means of recourse. Also, the plugin telling the user to make sure they have the plugin installed was a nice touch.
I've lost connectivity between the app (7.21.1) and the extension : (
