I have been using Workona for a couple of years now and I cannot imagine going without it. There might have been periods in the past where a new release caused some glitches but I did not experience any pain. I found the best way to use Workona is to have multiple accounts (one for each gmail account - work/home etc.) Works perfectly. I don't recommend trying to keep sync between different browsers (it works fine but just difficult to manage - stick with one browser.) I keep finding new ways to use Workona and new features introduced are spot on. Take your time getting used to Workona - and think about how it can speed up your workflow. I believe it enables a productivity gain that you will be hard-pressed to match with any other software. Highly recommended!

Great for keeping track of different things. I don't use all of the fancy features; I just have a few different workspaces. I keep one for general use, and one for each of my jobs. It really helps keep me organized, and I don't have to remember all the pages I need for when I need them.

Salvou minha vida! Sempre tive problemas com a organização de abas, e a Workona veio para resolver todos (mesmo na versão gratuita): criação de espaços de trabalho (por tema, projeto, negócio, etc.), com agrupamento de abas específicas. A extensão possui diversas funcionalidades desenvolvidas para facilitar a rotina do usuário. Super recomendo!

The Workona extension really is worth a look. More than just keeping my tabs from overflowing, I use it to organize my entire life. A personal workspace where I can surf the web, control youtube, play around, a professional workspace where the sites I use are automatically loaded, and a research workspace where I can organize information and keep track of new ideas. I can't recommend this app enough.

So far so good! I was gonna lose it one day a few weeks ago. My last two brain cells were trying to help me find a tab in all the tab chaos. I researched what could help and I wish I had started using this years ago. I have two Gmail counts—one for work, and one for business, so I have two different sets of Workona tabs. So ideal! I can even access all of my "home" tabs from my partner's computer when I'm signed in to my account. Makes meal planning across houses so much better. Phew.
