Great addon! Any plan to add firefox support? With "Chrome Store Foxified" i can install it and some functions already working well.
Is it okay to use at multiple google chrome browsers?
As a founder/CEO, I've got a lot of different projects and work areas to manage. I either end up with an unmanageable number of tabs, or an unmanageable number of bookmarks. What I love about Workona is that i can make workspaces for my different tasks, and then open and close them as necessary without thinking about it.

Using Workona has been a welcome productivity boost! I definitely spend less time using bookmarks and notes to keep track of everything. It has also helped cure my bad case of "too-many-tabs-eosis". I find it especially useful to group everything related to a project, so I can easily jump back in right where I left off without keeping those tabs open - or digging through notes, wikis, files & bookmarks. I never realized that I needed it, but now I can't live without it.
A struggle to use. Lots of unexpected unpleasant surprising behavior. Privacy concerns. First of all, upon first using it, it created three random workspaces without even asking me. It distributed my approx 25 tabs into those new workgroups by no discernible rhyme or reason. It forces you to create an account before even using it, arousing suspicion regarding what data it was going to collect and link to my email address or facebook profile. It did not "read" all the tabs I had open, so I could not sort them into workgroups. I literally could not use this for the intended purpose. It says it will share your info with a "cooperating" web site. My guess, some company that spies on what tabs you use and then builds a profile of you. When I would drag a tab into a workgroup, a new or different chrome window would open. it would be populated with a few random previously used tabs of mine. Not only that, it would add two or three new random tabs from my history in that new chrome window, which would start loading automatically. So, pretty much worse than useless: privacy-scary, odd behavior, a struggle to use, surprising random behavior, creates new chrome windows, forces you to create an account. Nah. Uninstalled.
I've been super impressed with the simplicity of Workona. Workona has helped me improve my organization and effectiveness at work. It even allows me to organize all of my distractions. Its an amazing solution.
Workona is a beautiful addition to my browser. The interface is gorgeous and intuitive. It's changed the way I think about tabs in my browser, and I can't recommend it enough if you're the kind of person that keeps lots of tabs open. The team behind it is also very communicative and has been very open to my feedback. If it doesn't do something you need, I'd recommend reaching out to them and there's a good chance your request could get added.
As a business owner in the digital space, this tool is by far the biggest time saver I have found aside from spreadsheets. Since adopting this tool my daily browser crashes are no longer a problem. Before using Workona, it was a constant struggle keeping my workflows organized, so my best option was to keep any and all important tabs open, or bookmark them. This tool relieves the need for both. Now I store all of my current projects, workflows, and bookmarks in one place. This allows me to open up the same exact tabs I had open last time I was working on a project or quickly reference important websites without the need for getting bogged down by old school bookmark systems. Overall, this tool is a game changer and saves me a tremendous amount of time every day. I have noticed an increase in my productivity and I can't wait to figure out all of the other possible ways it can optimize my work.
