great extension, though some ui on youtube are inverted
I like it, but there are areas that could be enhanced, particularly when a website already is in dark mode. When this extension is enabled, the text, colors, and other stuff turns black. However, it is generally useful for common purposes. A competing extension called "Dark Reader" allows users to select specific sites for dark mode, offering a more customizable experience. That is a thing that should be implemented i think.
Like it, but there is some part need to improve, especially when the website is already in dark mode e.g facebook, when this extension activated, the text color become black, cannot see anything, on bilibili, the video is not excluded, the white section on video become black, but overall is useful for general use
Probably the best dark mode extension in the market. But it comes with its problems. Like others pointed out, it can't detect if the website is already dark so sometimes it flips the switch and makes it look white. Also, settings aren't saving in some websites. It keeps applying dark mode on websites that I previously set to "off".
App has potential but it's definitely NOT there yet. When dark mode is on some things remain in color (no I'm not talking about links). On any website that has panels of color the extension changes it to a lighter version of that color. For example, one website had a dark purple panel off to the side when the extension is off but when it is turned on it's a bright fuchsia. The extension cannot differentiate between an already dark page as it will flip it to a white-ish color. After a few days of using the extension, it stopped responding to hover or clicks rendering the it useless. I emailed support about this but no response. Finally, it takes 3-5 seconds for the extension to kick in.
I recently found Dark Mode Everywhere and it has been an absolute game changer for me.I've always been a fan of dark mode, as nit is easier on the eyes and provide a sleek and stylish aesthetic.Not all websites apps. offer this feature.Dark Mode Everywhere solves this problem effortlessly. I no longer have to strain my eyes or deal with white backgrounds. It adds dark mode on almost on all apps.allowing me to enjoy a consistent and comfortable browsing experience. One of the things I appreciate the most about Dark Mode Everywhere is it's simplicity. It is very easy to install and use, requiring no technical knowledge whatsoever.It truly lives up to it's promise.
great extension for the night time browser !!
not for me. colors on pics are weird. also when a page loads, it is totally ineffective for several seconds (page flashes white and remains white few seconds)
Definitely surprised: 5 min in, eye strain down, letters look sharper in white. I wish the inventor 2,000 extra unexpected smiles this year. Big thanks to That Genius!
