No it doesn't work.
Didn't find out how it works. Addon description doesn't help either. I can press the "Start Cleaning Button" but nothing happens.

This does the best with what youtube allows. Just be sure to refresh the page and do not let the computer fall asleep. Also keep the tab open so that chrome doesn't put it to sleep in the background.
It doesn't work at all
Does the job. I clear my Watch Later list every year, and this is easier than pasting code into a developer window.

"Full Control at Your Fingertips" is misleading. It just starts deleting saved videos until you press stop. Cool, so now some videos I wanted to watch are gone forever. I just wanted some help efficiently removing ones with low value. You should feel bad for misleading people with the name and description, since there's no undo-cleanup/restore option. Mass deletion is not cleaning up. When you tidy your room do you just throw everything in the trash?
It's an absolute lifesaver. While you can't select the videos you want gone - it'll just delete everything one by one. This is the only downside to the extension and it's not big enough to warrant a drop in star. It does delete the videos pretty fast though. Tip for anyone who wants to save videos - make a new playlist and just save the ones you want saved to that playlist before using this extension. I name mine "Temp" and just transfer them back.
I'm confused... all it did was delete the videos from oldest to newest. there wasn't a way to mass select the vids I want gone. I'd rather have some choice in which vids get deleted
