Not working anymore ..says Wrong account Check that the gmail account and the account that is granted permission are the same WAS working yesterday
Such an easy app to use within Gmail/Google Workspace! I love how many templates are available and that I can create my own emails from scratch. The scheduling option is easy, as well as sending a test email. The option for unsubscribe, advanced reporting, and URL click statuses is very useful. The only downsides I would mention are: 1. the price is a bit high to remove the Gumbamail logo at the bottom of each email, 2. it would be nice to set and then save used filters on each tab, 3. the app runs a little slow during peak hours and requires several reloads just to complete a step, and 4. the templates could use some updating or maybe filters between industry use. All in all, very good application for email campaigns within Google Workspace.
- Very very slow and poor support - No way to communicate and they are not responsive - No management of payment method The system has charged me twice but they are not answering my ticket
add schedule feature so emails can be dripped every 2 to 5mins
Hi Just downloaded ext and when I activate Gumbamail account, after giving all permissions to access my gmail account, click continue, it returns to gmail mail window but asking again to activate the Gumbamail account. It repeats like a cycle. appreciate guidance here. Thanks
The program is excellent, easy to use, the price is favorable and there are some OK templates. I don't give the best rating just because there is no support. They have a chat that no one ever answers and no one answers emails. It suddenly stopped working and there is no support at all.
Refreshing change after switching from Amazon. Although the Sendy application is somewhat more detailed, after the difficulties with Amazon, this seems like a good solution—functional and simple to use. However, I have some concerns about the mailing list, which remained the same. Specifically, I’m seeing about 70% fewer opens and clicks compared to Amazon. I’d like to understand what’s going on...
