This is the best tool I've ever used to help me keep email and todos separate (and yet happily related) and maintain inbox zero. I've used many chrome/gmail extensions and many todo list and task applications. No combination of any of those has gotten me to this level of productivity quite like Sortd. The ability to collect multiple emails into one related task group and then move that group of emails around from one category to another is the KILLER APP here. Then combine that with the ability to resurface emails and tasks via snooze/reminder just puts the icing on the GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology cake! Update: v 1.0 is working great for me! Love the new look and colors. Love the search. Reminder bug is gone for me.
Очень навязчивое - лезет из всех дыр. Существенно утяжеляет интерфейс.
Definitely a winner. Give it time to grow on you... It may seem a bit intrusive at first, but once you start working with it, it shaves hours off e-mail management. It's nice to finally have a tool to arrange e-mail according to the 'next action required' rather than keeping it all lumped together. If you are looking for a productivity tool, this is worth your time.
perfect! This extension is what I have been looking for years! Thanks!!
HANDS DOWN THE BEST EXTENSION FOR ORGANIZING YOUR EMAIL OUT THERE. THIS COMBINED WITH MAILSTROM (Sp?) IS THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION. HANDS DOWN AWESOME!!! What would make this even more perfect is the ability to right click organize. In other words, not having to open the email in order to sort it to a list or task. Also, the ability to sort with tasks and subtasks. Even more more perfect would be a timer feature.
Love this! It is a dream come true for this post-it note/task list queen.
It's a very useful app for me. It's exactly what I searched. Thanks a lot guys for your job.
recent update on the sidebar really is the lifesaver. For some reason the old one was invisible on some chrome browser, but this time it works everywhere. Great work !
My rating used to be 5*. I haven't used Sortd for some time and sadly discovered that basic features that used to be free became paid. I deleted an existing column and wanted to create a new one and it doesn't allow, I have to pay... It's just not worth 24$/year for me... I'm sad that I have to look for an alternative. With these limitations this is just unusable if you don't pay. I don't think this business model will be successful on the long run, but maybe they wanted quick money and sacrificed future money for it
Great idea, but the sidebar is covering the gmail setting button and also the Sortd options button. Unusable !!!
