Love love loving it! This is how e-mail should have been designed in the first place. Plusses: Greatly enhances project management. Customizable columns. Can easily stack emails into one group (for example, I have several e-mails from one client stacked under the client's name). Improvements: Sent some suggestions to the Sortd team and 3 days later, got a personal response back. Col. The Future: Looking forward to an iPad app. I'm pretty picky in who I give 4 stars to, so in giving this 5 star, that's notable coming from me.

Miracle worker app -- enabled me to process hundreds of emails in one sitting! Love the ability to rename email subject lines to reflect actions, and being able to intersperse emails with ToDo thoughts that may pop up at random. Only suggestion for improvement is to enable us to close the preview pane, and to move and label emails, without having to mouse to the top right corner of monitor. Thanks for a great app!

Удобный инструмент сортировки писем по нужным вам критериям и возможность применения своего электронного ящика для планирования дел и ведения списка задач.

Sortd is really working great for me. I am suddenly on top of all of my emails and tasks. It's also great because I can see my priorities at a glance and I can prioritize emails with a simple drag 'n drop. I no longer feel guilty for living out of my inbox! For me the best feature is the ability to rename a subject. I use it to remember my next step on an email. Totally recommend it.

Wow! This is the future of email. I'm a big list person so managing my email in neat visual lists comes completely naturally. Inbox Zero here we come. Love this app!

Like others I can't get past the authorization screen. I'd love to try it and test it and give real feedback on the program itself but I can't get past the Authorization stage. Support hasn't responded.

Great support from the sortd team to get it running on my computer. I too gave it one star at first, but now that it's working, it works really well. Still mulling the options of sortd and Google Inbox.

This is a really original idea. I use Gmail for work, and have lots of things on the go at once. I don't always want or need to reply to emails as soon as they come in, but I need a way of tracking them and making sure that things aren't overlooked. This is quite different from services such as Mailbox or Active Inbox, in that it isn't based on pushing emails back to your inbox when they're due; indeed, there's no way to set due dates. But being able to have multiple lists is, in a way, better, since it avoids the problem of constantly deferring messages that creep to the top of the list. Being able to attach several emails to a single to-do item is also a great idea. There are several refinements that would make this even better (e.g. Gmail keyboard shortcuts don't always work) but, overall, this is an excellent concept, and the execution, even in beta, is good.

This is an outstanding beta and I am eager to see refinements which would make it a perfect five. Strong points: No wasted visual real-estate One-click actions on emails. Customisable to-do lists. Big preview pane. To improve: Must stay 'on' when you tab-away from Gmail. Speed changing from Sortd to Gmail view can be improved (but I am not a patient geezer. It is already pretty snappy) Like our own product wave.cat, which is essentially a skin for Soundcloud and YouTube, this is simplicity (almost) perfected: The skin for Gmail you *have been waiting for*
