This is definitely protecting me from damned annoying contents. Until this blocker was installed, it was a daily routine to suffer from grotesque thumbnails. It gave me rest in my heart.

I've searched for exactly this for way to long, great stuff, does what it says perfectly.
Nice extension.
Advanced Blocking does not work inside channel pages as far as I could tell, but is otherwise what I was looking for.
