Worked like charm 100% until yesterday, now when I look for something the filtered out words pop-up during the search alongside my personally banned channels, still they don't appear in the suggested videos bar. Please FIX.

Awesome because you can not only block channels but also single videos!
Extension overall has worked great. Unfortunately, and the reason I dropped two stars, was this extension stopped working today for me. With the extension enabled, YouTube does not show up properly at all, with almost all elements of the page broken. With this extension disabled, YouTube shows up correctly.

Edit: Everything is fine and working now, thank you ;) 06/18/2019: When activated, youtube is completely blocked.
Works as expected. however for the Channel ID category, "channel/ID" gets blocked and "user/ID" doesn't. So I have to type the channel name which works well! Really recommend this extension, blocks specified channels easily like 5 minute crafts which is the worst channel to pop up in my recommended tab ever.
Way better than Video blocker
worked great. now, blocking from comments and other tools are broken, offensive toxic stuff all over now...temp solution i found was to use adblockplus to block all comments and video suggestions on the right side panel...using these cutoms rules; - youtube.com##.style-scope.ytd-comments - youtube.com##.style-scope.ytd-watch-next-secondary-results-renderer copy paste into adblockplus custom rules. searches work and your screen isn't filled with unwanted misinformation, toxic troll droppings and hate based content.
YES FINALLY!! A successful way to block various Youtube business. Having the ability to do this should be available on Youtube to begin with. Thanks again for all your hard work!!
